TEHNOLOGIA DE OBȚINERE A MATRIȚEI. NOȚIUNEA DE SEMIFABRICAT

Rezumat: Despre procedeul de obținere a pieselor prin turnarea în forme coji cu ajutorul modelelor ușor fuzibile toată lumea începe prezentarea în felul următor: procedeul de formare – turnare cu modele ușor fuzibile este unul dintre cele mai vechi procedee de obținere a pieselor prin turnare... Este foarte adevărat încă din antichitate acest procedeu era utilizat pentru turnarea bijuteriilor și a operelor de artă de mici dimensiuni și precizie foarte mare. Dar spre surprinderea generală, descoperirea unei matrițe vechi de cel puțin de 2.000 de ani, gândirea inginerească trebuie revizuită și reconsiderată. Lucrarea de față propune (și nimic mai mult) o posibilă tehnologie prin care s-ar fi putut obține această matriță.

Abstract: About the process of obtaining the parts by casting in shell mold casting shapes with, everyone starts the presentation as follows: this process of forming - casting is one of the oldest processes of obtaining the parts by casting ... Very true since antiquity this process was used for casting jewelry and works of art of small size and very high precision. But to everyone's surprise, the discovery of a mold that is at least 2.000 years old, engineering thinking needs to be reviewed and reconsidered. This paper proposes (and nothing more) a a possible technology through which this mold could have been obtained.
