SISTEME DE MANAGEMENT DE MEDIU APLICABILE ÎN INDUSTRIE

Rezumat: Sistemele de Management de Mediu (SMM) cunosc o implementare și dezvoltare accentuată în domeniile considerate de la bun început ca având un impact negativ semnificativ asupra mediului și anume sectoarele industriale. Această dezvoltare se regăsește și în ceea ce privește identificarea de bune practici sectoriale ale SMM, de indicatorii sectoriali de performanță de mediu și parametrii de excelență cu privire la aceste sisteme. În cadrul lucrării sunt analizate, atât din perspectiva îmbunătățirii sistemului de management de mediu, cât și din perspectiva relației acestuia cu alte standarde specifice aplicabile, cerințele de bune practici impuse în 2018 și 2019 la nivelul Uniunii Europene. Concluziile care se desprind susțin posibilitatea și necesitatea modificării comportamentului organizațional de management prin abordarea complexă și integrată a noilor tendințe.

Abstract: Environmental Management Systems (EMS) have a strong implementation and development in areas considered from the outset to be a significant negative impact on the environment, namely industrial sectors. This development is also found in the identification of good sectoral practices of EMS, sectoral environmental performance indicators and parameters of excellence on these systems. The paper analyzes, both from the perspective of improving the environmental management system and from the perspective of its relationship with other specific applicable standards, the requirements of good practices imposed in 2018 and 2019 at the level of the European Union. The conclusions that emerge support the possibility and the need to change the organizational management behavior through the complex and integrated approach of the new trends.
