Rezumat: Lucrarea prezintă Locomotiva electrică cu motoare asincrone – LEMA, produs dezvoltat și pus în fabricație de compania Softronic. Se prezintă conceptul produsului, principalele caracteristici tehnice, de fiabilitate și siguranță, elementele dezvoltate de Softronic, procesul de fabricație, certificările europene de interoperabilitate obținute și penetrarea pe piață. LEMA încorporează o mare parte a subansamblurilor componente fabricate în secțiile de producție ale companiei.

Abstract: The paper presents Electric locomotive with asynchronous motors - LEMA, product developed and manufactured by Softronic. It presents the product concept, the main technical characteristics, reliability and safety, the elements developed by Softronic, the manufacturing process, the European interoperability certifications obtained and the market penetration. LEMA incorporates a large part of the component subassemblies manufactured in the company's production sections.
