ANALIZA VALORILOR ÎN DOMENIUL ALEGERII MATERIALELOR

Rezumat: The paper presents the well–known method of Value Analysis in optimizing the finding of a new material / alloy necessary to obtain a product to ensure success on the market. Although the method is already old and the applications in the design of machinery / equipment are many, the application of the method to obtain / select a new material / alloy, after and in the way presented in the paper has not been done so far, for the selected product, for optimizing the value for money. The design begins by determining the functions of the material / alloy elements, the operations that change the structure and properties of the material / alloy and finally aims to reduce costs, but what is important, without affecting the properties initially required.

Abstract: Lucrarea prezintă metoda binecunoscută de Analiza Valorii în optimizarea găsirii unui nou material / aliaj necesar pentru obținerea unui produs care să asigure succesul pe piață. Deși metoda este deja veche și aplicațiile în domeniul proiectării mașinilor/ echipamentelor sunt multe, aplicarea metodei pentru obținerea / selectarea unui nou material / aliaj, după și în modul prezentat în lucrare nu a fost făcută până acum, pentru produsul selectat, pentru optimizarea raportului calitate-preț. Proiectarea începe prin determinarea funcțiilor elementelor de material / aliaj, a operațiunilor care modifică structura și proprietățile materialului / aliajului și urmărește în cele din urmă să reducă costurile, dar ceea ce este important, fără a afecta proprietățile necesare inițial.
