REZILIENȚA - ASPECTE SOCIO-ECOLOGICE ȘI ECONOMICE ALE CONCEPTULUI

Rezumat: Autorii, plecând de la originea latină a cuvântului reziliență, fac o incursiune în domeniile lor de preocupare și nu numai pentru a identifica sensuri noi în evoluția acestuia. Se parcurg documente disponibile on-line, din domeniile care au „îmbrățișat” termenul și se ajunge la concluzia că acesta a pătruns și în sfera managementului organizațiilor publice și de drept privat. Se stabilesc câteva învățăminte și respectiv direcții de acțiune de interes personal și pentru participanții la seminarul organizat de către AGIR.

Abstract: The authors, starting from the Latin origin of the word resilience, make a foray into their areas of concern and not only to identify new meanings in its evolution. We go through documents available on line, from the fields that have „embraced" the term, and we come to the conclusion that it has also entered the sphere of management of public and private law organizations. Some learnings and certain directions of action of personal interest for the participants in the seminar organized by AGIR are also established.
