UNIUNEA EUROPEANĂ ȘI DREPTURILE FUNDAMENTALE ALE OMULUI

Rezumat: Ordinea juridică ce a fost creată de către Uniunea Europeană a devenit componenta vieții politice europene și a societății civile. Anual, la nivelul Uniunii Europene se adoptă în baza tratatelor europene numerose decizii cu consecințe juridice asupra activităților prestate de către instituțiile europene și asupra nivelului de viață al cetățenilor europeni. Așadar, oamenii priviți ca indivizi nu mai sunt doar cetățeni ai propriilor țări sau a propriului oraș, aceștia sunt mai presus de toate cetățeni ai Uniunii Europene. Din acest motiv, este important ca persoanele să fie informate cu privire la ordinea juridică europeană și, implicit la drepturile pe care le au. Cu toate acestea, ordinea juridică privind complexitatea structurii Uniunii Europene nu este ușor de analizat și în-țeles. Acest inconvenient este datorat formulărilor din tratate care sunt neclare și greu de apreciat, dar cu toate acestea dreptul european constituie pilonul de susținere și protecție al ordinii juridice europene.

Abstract: The legal order that was created by the European Union became the component of European political life and civil society. Annually, at the level of the European Union, numerous decisions are adopted on the basis of European treaties with legal consequences on the activities provided by the European institutions and on the standard of living of European citizens. So, people viewed as individuals are no longer just citizens of their own countries or their own city, they are above all citizens of the European Union. For this reason, it is important that people are informed about the European legal order and, implicitly, about the rights they have. However, the legal order regarding the complexity of the structure of the European Union is not easy to analyze and under-stand. This inconvenience is due tothe wording in the treaties which are unclear and difficult to appreciate, but nevertheless European law constitutes the pillar of support and protection of the European legal order.
