THE USE OF THE RADIOFREQUENCY FIELD IN MÖSSBAUER MEASUREMENTS

Rezumat: Aplicarea campurilor de radiofrecventa asupra materialelor feromagnetice induce efecte interesante asupra proprietăţilor acestor materiale. Una din metodele de studiu a ac estor efecte este spectroscopia Mossbauer. A fost realizată o instalaţie pentru aplicarea continuă sau pulsată a unui camp de radiofrecvenţă pentru probe de mici dimensiuni. Cu aceasta instalatie se pot efectua si tratamente termice Instalatia este reali zata ca un echipament aditional pentru spectrometrul Mössbauer AME 50. Caracteristicile instalatiei sunt: gama de frecventa de lucru: 1  100 Mhz; puterea aplicata probei: 0  100 W; factor calitate circuit rezonant: 60 la 54.8 Mhz; orientare camp de radiofrec venta fata de probe: in planul probei; intensitate camp de radiofrecventa la proba: 0  20 Oe. Echipamentul a fost folosit si in studiul substantelor amorfe, indeosebi substanta amorfa Fe 81 B 13.5 Si 3.5 C 2 .

Abstract: The application of radiofrequency fields on ferromagnetic materials induce interesting effects on its properties. The Mössbauer spectroscopy is one of the study method s of the effects. An equipment for continuous and switched radiofrequency application for small sample is pr esented. The equipment is performed as additional part of a standard Mössbauer spectrometer. The main parameters of the equipment are: range of frequencies from 1 to 100 MHz up to a power level of 100W, radiofrequency field generated is parallel to the abs orber plan, quality factor of resonant circuit 60 at 54,8 MHz, magnetic field inside coil up to 20 Oe. The equipment was used also to study ferromagnetic amorphous alloys, especially alloy Fe 81 B 13.5 Si 3.5 C 2
