MODELAREA PARAMETRIZATĂ A ECHIPAMENTULUI DE MANIPULAT SARCINI VRAC AL MACARALEI PORTIC

Rezumat: În această lucrare am dezvoltat un model parametric adaptabil pentru echipamentele de manipulare asarcinilor vrac integrate în macaralele portic. Echipamentul proiectat si anume graifer este un dispozitiv specializat pentru manipularea rapidă a materialelor vrac grele (ex: cărbune, minereu, pietriș, nisip, cereale etc.). Este compus din două cup e simetrice, ac ț ionate prin 4 cabluri independente, și este montat pe macaraua portic pentru operațiuni în terminale maritime sau fluviale.

Abstract: In this paper, we have developed an adaptable parametric model for bulk handling equipment integrated into gantry cranes. The designed equipment, namely the grab, is a specialized device for the rapid handling of heavy bulk materials (e.g. coal, ore, gravel, sand, grains, e tc.). It is composed of two symmetrical buckets, driven by 4 independent cables, and is mounted on the gantry crane for operations in maritime or river terminals.
