"Rapid Prototyping" - tehnologie avansata implementata in industria de mecatronica

Rezumat: In lucrare se prezinta un echipament tehnologic high-tech de ultima generatie pentru prototipare rapida. Acest echipament este la nivelul de dotare al marilor institute de cercetare din lume, precum si al marilor producatori de repere micromecanice de inalta calitate, cu geometrii cu un inalt grad de complexitate, in ciclu complet automat. Acuratetea suprafetelor si rugozitatea sunt excelente, iar piesa finala nu necesita prelucrari ulterioare. Lucrarea se bazeaza pe microtehnologii de ultima ora, care oglindesc stadiul actual al dezvoltarii domeniului atat in Romania, cat si in lume.

Abstract: ABSTRACT. This paper presents a high-tech processing equipment for next-generation rapid prototyping. This equipment is up to the level of endowment of the world's major research institutes and of large high quality manufacturers of micromechanical parts with geometries with a highly complex, fully automatic cycle. Accuracy and surface roughness are excellent and the final part does not require further processing. The paper is based on the latest micro-technologies that reflect the current state of development of the field, both in Romania and abroad.
