Rezumat

Progresul tehnologic inregistrat in ultimii 20 de ani in domeniul tehnologiilor IT, electronica si comunicatii a permis dezvoltarea unui domeniu nou de aplicare al acestor tehnologii, sistemele inteligente de transport (ITS). Unele dintre cele mai importante aspecte legate de dezvoltarea sistemelor ITS sunt cele care implica realizarea comunicatiilor mobile intre vehicule sau intre vehicule si infrastructura, precum si procesare datelor la bordul vehiculului. Autorii prezinta serviciile furnizate de sistemele cooperative, cateva structuri si arhitecturi (acestea contin pe langa structura sistemului, relatiile intre componentele sistemului, comportamentul sistemului intr-un context dat si fluxurile de informatii) pentru sisteme cooperative, precum si recomandari privind dezvoltarea de sisteme cooperative.
Lucrarea este finalizata cu un set de concluzii care sunt directionate catre aspecte tehnice privind implementare acestor sisteme si modul in care sistemele cooperative vor modifica o serie de procese din cadrul sistemului de transport rutier.

Abstract

The technological progress done in last 20 years in the domains of IT, electronics and communication is the base for the development of a new domain, named Intelligent Transport Systems. Some of the most important issue related to the development
of ITS are mobile communication between vehicle and infrastructure and on-board processing of data. The authors present the services provided by cooperative systems, some structures and architectures for cooperative systems and recommendations for
development of cooperative systems. The paper is concluded with technical aspects related to cooperative systems and the effect of cooperative systems on road transport system.
