Rezumat
Lucrarea își propune să prezinte succint situația integrării profesionale a persoanelor cu dizabilități din România în anul 2022, punându-se accent pe cele cu pregătire inginerească superioară. Articolul prezintă pe scurt legislația în domeniu și modul în care se aplică aceasta, punându-se accent pe efectele rezultate, iar la final sunt enumerate câteva propuneri de îmbunătățire a integrării profesionale a persoanelor cu dizabilități. De asemenea este prezentată și o analiză comparativă a formelor în care se realizează angajarea persoanelor cu dizabilități.

Abstract
The paper aims to briefly present the situation of the professional integration of the persons with disability in Romania in 2022, focusing on those with higher engineering studies. The article briefly presents the specific legislation and how it is applied, emphasizing the resulting effects, and at the end are listed some proposals for improving the professional integration of persons with disabilities. A comparative analysis of the forms in which the employment of people with disabilities is carried out is also presented.
