Rezumat
Lucrarea prezinta o sinteza a aspectelor teoretice si practice referitoare la sursele de zgomot produse de
traficul urban, in conditiile actuale ale dezvoltarii infrastructurii rutiere si a parcului auto. Prin identificarea surselor
si masurarea indicatorilor de zgomot, se pot elabora si adopta strategii de reducere a zgomotului produs de fluxurile rutiere.

Abstract
The paper summarizes the theoretical and practical issues concerning the sources of noise produced by urban traffic, in the actual conditions of road infrastructure development and fleet. By identifying and measuring
indicators of noise sources, it can be develop and adopt strategies to reduce the traffic noise.
