Rezumat
Această lucrare prezintă un program de recunoaștere facială care este realizat cu ajutorul software-ului VS Code și este dezvoltat în limbajul Python, folosind interfața Tkinter. Acesta are ca scop recunoașterea feței utilizatorului, programul capturând 300 de imagini de pe camera dispozitivului. Imaginile se procesează și sunt învățate de către program, reușind astfel să recunoască fața utilizatorului afișând un mesaj afirmativ, iar în caz contrar se va relua procedura. Acest tip de program de recunoaștere facială poate fi utilizat la intrări în firme, la accesul contului bancar, dar și în mediul online la autentificarea diferitelor aplicații importante.

Abstract
This paper presents a facial recognition program that is made with the help of VS Code software and is developed in the Python language, using the Tkinter interface. It aims to recognize the user's face, with the program capturing 300 images from the device's camera. The images are processed and learned by the program, thus succeeding in recognizing the user's face by displaying an affirmative message, otherwise the procedure will be repeated. This type of facial recognition program can be used at company entrances, at bank account access, but also in the online environment at the authentication of various important applications.
